Looking for vehicle and weapon mods
For vehicles, just something that fixes the handling for mouse and keyboard. After swearing at the game enough each time I am forced to drive, I think what's going on is that the wheels aren't guiding the vehicle in a turn and instead the entire vehicle turns with that all being hidden behind a drift with the amount of drift being determined by the speed to make it seem more realistic which is why even slow turns feel so wrong. Regardless of how they actually implemented driving in the game for mouse and keyboard, I heavily dislike it and currently prefer walking in most situations. I've seen mods for driving, but I'm struggling to find one that works with 2.1.

For weapons, I've been looking and just flat out can't find any that let you re-skin weapons. There are certain skins that are a hard pass for me as they're some of the ugliest/dumbest things I've ever seen in my life, and the weapons are probably the thing I actually see the most often while playing the game. Naturally I always get RNG drops for the ones I hate that are a good tier for my level and the lowest tier possible for the skins I like. It also kills me that even when crafting the weapons you have no say in which skin you craft. I've seen things for "this is how you edit the file for your inventory," but is there anything that adds a shop or something that lets you in-game make changes to which skin is being used for a given weapon, or even something that adds a shop that sells each possible skin separately? Because I think even the ones that add "all weapons" only ever have a single skin being sold. Though those mods do at least address a different issue that I had with the game which is that I get mob drops being RNG, but why are shops RNG? Shops exist to spend your money to get the things you didn't get through RNG drops for your build. In general, as much "fun" as RNG is, I've beaten the game and if I'm going to do another play through I just want the weapon I want for the given build I'm going for at an appropriate level for where I am at that doesn't make me cringe when i see it.

Thank you. I did already try out the Cyber Vehicle Overhaul and it had worked for a day and then gave up next time I played. Going to switch over to the Better Vehicle Handling and see how that goes. I had seen it before, but always overlooked it since it only said through 2.0 in the description; however, looking at the files, it does appear it was updated to 2.1.

Also awesome on the weapons. That's some stuff I didn't even think about wanting. One issue I noticed when looking for mods is you need to search by the terms they used and not the ones you think of. Even with the vehicles, searching off the terms "vehicle" and "car" yield two different results. Searching for things like "crafting" would have never popped into my head when looking for weapon mods. I don't fully remember what terms I had tried, but apparently I just did a bad job with the terms I was thinking of that day because I don't recall seeing any of these.

I can also suggest Immersive Driving
https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/5293
This one gives you added acceleration control, sort of like a cruise control. So you aren't always slamming the pedal to the metal each time you accelerate.

Awesome. Yeah, that's also a thing about driving I found annoying- maintaining a speed. Though looking at the mod, it also has the option for slower walking, which any "follow me" part also killed me as you almost never walked remotely the same speed as them. Hopefully that aspect of the mod will also add a way to actually walk at a pace to where I can follow behind a person instead of constantly sprinting in front of them to stop/wait like an impatient child due to the differences in our walk speeds.

The "immersion" issue with "follow X" moments isn't even the speed, it is how often they stop dead if you don't try to walk ahead of them, even when they are the ones who need to unlock a door for you.

Oh, silly me for following a personal boundaries respecting 4 feet behind you instead of humping your leg then shouldering past.

The DocWorks ULTIMATE PACK - A Vast Collection of Unique Vehicles - https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/11514?tab=files

it has new cars like

The DMC-12 "DeLorean II" - LEGENDS Series
The Winson Motors "Mico GT/M" - NOMADS Series
The Herrera Riptide "Phoenix" - LEGENDS Series
The Arch Nazare "Makure" Type-990R - NOMADS Series
The Herrera Outlaw GTS "Continental" - SUNSHINE Series
The Mizutani "Nara" Type-S - SUNSHINE Series

along with 4 other game vehicles altered to look better

mod was uploaded to the nexusmods site in the last month or so, I just installed it today

cars can be added with CET console window or with the mod Virtual Car Dealer

I've also been using the Police NCPD fullpack cars https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/9935?tab=files but be warned my last two game playthrough's the console command codes missed up in CET and no cars spawned, but I'm re-testing it one more time

I may of been pasting in the code wrong

POLICE CHEVALIER EMPEROR: Game.GetVehicleSystem():EnablePlayerVehicle('Vehicle.v_standard3_chevalier_emperor_police', true, false) might be wrong and need's the capitalised letters to not be added

so I shortened my list for all cop cars to this, removing the car names capitalised name the mod author added in there readme file

Game.GetVehicleSystem():EnablePlayerVehicle('Vehicle.v_standard3_chevalier_emperor_police', true, false)
Game.GetVehicleSystem():EnablePlayerVehicle('Vehicle.v_standard2_archer_hella_police', true, false)
Game.GetVehicleSystem():EnablePlayerVehicle('Vehicle.v_standard2_villefort_cortes_police', true, false)
Game.GetVehicleSystem():EnablePlayerVehicle('Vehicle.v_standard3_militech_hellhound_police', true, false)
Game.GetVehicleSystem():EnablePlayerVehicle('Vehicle.v_sportbike3_brennan_apollo_police', true, false)
Game.GetVehicleSystem():EnablePlayerVehicle('Vehicle.v_standard25_thorton_merrimac_police', true, false)

I'll maybe circle back to this. My current love for driving in that game is sitting at a place where Claire's side quest is the only side quest I refused to do. I didn't even attempted it. I just looked up the rewards and thought, "not worth it, hard pass." If I get to where I stop avoiding the driving as much as I do, I might then check out adding vehicles. Otherwise, it's just adding new vehicles for me to actively avoid using.

I think the worst "respect my boundaries" moment was doing the pick up with Jackie. That SOB wanted to stand dead center in front of me locking my gun out the entire time, to the point of he would phase through me just to always position himself there. I -might- have gotten annoyed enough to actually try to hit him during our exit. If you're wondering, even if you throw a blade as he's walking into the path of said blade, it vanishes midair and returns to your hand before it hits him. They made it impossible to damage your teammates.

All the CET console codes worked earlier on today on my new game with no errors with both the cop car mod and The DocWorks ULTIMATE PACK - A Vast Collection of Unique Vehicles

but I got tired and went to bed and only just made it out of the
El Coyote Cojo bar and left the pedro's limo and I was about to steal a car for kirk and then I went to bed

well know shortly if I can spawn the cop cars and docs cars too

update

I was able to spawn the altered motorcycle and DeLorean car from the The DocWorks ultimate car pack mod alright and the cop car mod doesn't have proper icon thumbnail for the spawn cop car list, but the cars are in the list

The DocWorks ultimate car pack mod has very nice icon list spawn thumbnail's

Mate, thank you so much for that. Worked perfectly
