So shop around if there happens to be one particular cyberware you could have sworn was for sale, and wasn't outright removed in patches (I miss my fireproof skin options)
Might be possible the tiger claws tattoo is also specific to one guy?
I agree. I enjoyed the travelling between ripperdocs to grab their unique items.
both have their up sides. i did prefer the old way that encouraged you to venture around looking for all the different rippers.
they could have jsut changed fingers offers to someone else so his quest choice to punch him didn't lock you out of anything.
or with the new system they could have spread the iconics around to the different rippers so you are still encouraged to go seek them all out.

Yeah I was team high jump legs like a freak, so it did not hurt me as much when they removed those from the game in spite of not smacking him around (more out of being lazy than morals).
The people who get very smug about "Actions should have consequences" tend to backwalk to "Yeah well those legs were overpowered anyways!". Those speeches tend to only hold up as long as it is to justify an inconvenience, and get thrown under the bus once choices mattering would be useful.
