Spy in the Jungle Surprise (after the gig) SPOILER

BE WARNED SPOILERS AHEAD

After finding the biomonitor in the Spy in the Jungle gig, you can destroy it or put it in the drop box either of which ends the quest and that's it, it's done.
Or you can give the biomonitor to Anna which upsets Steven (the other agent) and supposedly borks a mega merger between Brazil and Savoil.
And then after speaking to Hands who mentions the secret is out (or something to that effect), that effectively ends the quest.
But you don't get to find out what the actual fallout was from Anna releasing the information (that Savoil killed Bana, the Brizillian agent).

So I was surprised to run into Steven (former Brazilian agent) at the stadium in Dogtown and he was not happy to see me. He begrudgingly explains what happened to himself and Anna after she released the biomon data.
I don't want to spoil it for you but If you want to find out the outcome of their story, Steven can be found at the end of the stadium on the ground floor where the Basilisk tank is located (near the cars on display). Suffice to say if I do this mission in the future I will listen to Steven and put the biomon in the dropbox instead of returning it to Anna.
