can't interact with misty after complete tomorrow never knows (phantom liberty's tarot card collection)

good morning.
i completed tomorrow never knows (the one regards phantom liberty tarot card collection), and now Misty simply stay still at the counter, where normally she read your the cards (so she don't meditate) without possibility of interaction, so i can no longer have my tarot cards read.
i already complete all tarot card vanilla
any suggestion? for now i came back and i will not complete tomorrow never knows

I had this bug too, if you collect every vanilla Tarot she will talk to you again.

same. Also her hair turned black

She ghosted me after 2.1. Just stands at her shrine communing with trees or something. She achieved mikosi without any cyber.

perhaps i should wrote, i already complete vanilla tarot, is after phantom liberty tarot that i have this problem
