Most likely from the nexus.
The edgerunner jacket may be vanilla or a recolour. Cyberarms might be from the Arasaka Cyberarms mod.
Visor could be vanilla too.
Not seen that bodysuit myself.
Legs could be thigh high boots or clothing replacement for cyberlegs. (In which case, they might need Spawn0 stuff)
Necklace is an ArchiveXL item best used with the Equipment Ex mod (I have it myself)

I think there are Inner Torso tops like that in one or another of the Dogtown clothing vendor shops...looks like a pretty common jacket over it. Thigh-high stockings/boots may be something you have to mod in.

Nexus has it listed as a leotard, the jacket not sure, but there are plenty of jackets in game. That's just if you don't want to change the vanilla body too. Changing that is a rabbit hole.

Just know that unless you want to be using the console, you're going to need to add virtual stores in your game.
