Chemical Monowire + Black Mamba
Roll melee damage on every piece of cyberware without fail.
I am currently undertaking the chem wire build with the goal of running a sandevistan with it. Currently level 9 so can't personally verify it yet. The thermal wire build would work just fine though, contagion makes everything spicy.
as for moonwire attack speed is 2.1 ~ 103 dph 20% bleed or what ever.
katana Tsumetogi is attack speed 2.1 ~ 163 dph, also blocks reflect damage. 25% ap, and 25% shock chance on one katana for i.e. both t5 ++, its hardly worth the sacrafice of all that extra dph for a tiny bit of range.. but meh opinions are opinions..
also as far as i can tell, mono wire doesnt scale with melee dmg. blade skills blunt or anything else perk wise also fairly sure anyway.
I've seen this discussed, it may have been assumed due to it not being affected by the microrotors but that's a problem that also affected the mantis blades and those scale from melee damage just fine as well.
I've seen at least one person claim to have tested and confirmed that monowire scales with melee damage. I'll see how it goes though.
Not only that but it pair well with cripple movement and suicide and easily trigger the explosion from contagion.
Good aoe and good attack speed make this weapon really good to apply dots and cyberware malfunction can do dots and be applied with it.
So Damage over time on gear can scale the weapon too, don't underestimate dots, they can be quite potent especially vs bosses.
I remember seeing Lucy chopping peoples arms off in the All Foods factory.
Why does this offend you? 2 minutes isn't a bad time on that fight. It's not even a competition and monowire doesn't need to be the best option in the game, the point is that it's viable.
