2. Yea that sounds like a bug
3. Also a bug, but your wording is a bit confusing. I havent had trouble with getting fixer conversations working personally.
4. Um, thats been the case since launch. You have always had to at least use the basic cyberware, the scanner and optics.
5. The perk reset was added for 2.0 due to the drastic skill tree changes. It was meant as a one use reset for that reason only. Other than that you can reset your perk points as always but not the attribute points. If you start a character after 2.0 released as far as I know the full one time reset isnt even an option.
6. Stuff has always been tied to player level for unlocks. Thats progression, not a bug.
7. AI has got a bit better but like almost all games has its issues.
Also, they keep working on bugs. They may be on holiday and that causes a delay in a patch coming. But the game is finished in story, if the story was not complete... THEN it was unfinished
You don't actually need to contact them. They will call you when you enter the area they control. Then they'll give you a bunch of gigs that appear on the map (little green squares with an exclamation mark). When you've completed them all, they'll call you again with more jobs.
Yeah, they totally not going to touch the game ever again dude.
I mean even with all that said you can basically play and avoid using cyberware as the Attributes are all you require to get around the game.
This. Personal preference =/= "this game is unfinished & buggy"
It's right up there with the old "why is the game forcing me to be a hero, I want to be a farmer!" complaints about Skyrim.
I havent seen a noclip into 4th dimension, but have seen yerting. Was on a bike and got into a crash. Next thing I know im flying and landed two blocks down.
