HOW THE HELL DO I GET THIS ♥♥♥♥?
From what I researched, I need a specific mission, but this mission doesn't appear for me, can anyone tell me if it's a bug or do I need to do something specific?
Note: I'm already at the end of the game, level 56, if that helps

Johnny's shoes are obtained in one of Rogue's gigs, and completely missable. Rogue's gigs only become available in an area when you've completed all of that area's fixer's normal gigs. This one specifically requires you to finish all of Wakako's gigs.

You can't get them out of your inventory either, they are tagged as quest items.
