Quantum Tuner
I've obtained the Quantum tuner and have reached level 45. I've visited a ripperdoc and the Quantum tuner is still not available for me to install. Am I missing something?

Cyberware capacity?

You may not have enough cyberware points to install it. To get more points either level or find them from npcs loot/box loot. If you did not invest in the tech tree you may need to as all builds need edge runner perk to max out damage along the side perks of that perk path.

yeah the 45 will be how much cyberware points it costs to install it, not level requirement
