To hack you need to use these chips that have slots, where the fixer will put the hacks that you want to use, that you have or buy.

"the one that slow down the time" isnt a deck at all.

You can put one of four different implants in the 'operating system' slot
-A deck, allows hacking
-A sandevistan, slows down time
-A Berserk, slows down time, but differently
-A chrome compressor, gives more cyberware capacity

You have to chose one (but you can change anytime you're with a ripper, for free)

Berserk doesn't slow time. It negates incoming damage and enhances melee damage.
