What I want you to do. Will show you some logs and help figure out where to look.
1. Open event viewer
- Win key + R thpe in eventvwr.msc i to the box and run
2. Left side will see some options. You want
Windows Logs > system right click and custom filter
3. In the event ID box you want these four
41, 1074, 6006, 6008
5. Click ok to set the custom view
5. Should now only see logs regarding system restarts.
yeah i see, the last time i tried to start it, errors 41 and 6008 occurred. how should i proceed?
Sadly not much.
41 means a unexpected shutdown and 6008 means a forced shutdown.
Try to see if you have any Windows updates.
Then boot up the game again in windowed mode and have task manager open too. It shows you what programs are doing with the computer resources.
Also try a different game if possible and see what happens
I could play it without problems before 2.0, so they basically screwed me up with the game?
Or maybe windows 11 fck it up?
Im no big fan of W11 but before getting too far
Tried to verify game files or even a fresh install?
Yeah, checked and a fresh start, I think is the game, is fck up something, i dunno
I'm betting on tripping OCP in the PSU.
16gb ddr4 3600 xpg
2 SSD
PSU: 800W KEEP OUT GAMING VENT 14CM PCF 80+
Geforce RTX 3070 8gb
Im starting to question that power supply, pending @Dont's question. I can find next to no good information on it and as its a unknown brand name. Probably lacks all the protections for a PSU.
only in cyberpunk, other with similar demand give me 0 problems
but i could play cyberpunk with no problem before 2.0
Tomorrow i will change the wire, like a stupid idea but sometines this things works
Yea it would have been repeatable in other high demand programs.
This sounds like a similar situation. Look into the components themselves, especially cooling and power supply.
