(Phantom Liberty Gig Spoilers?) Unable to obtain specific gun.

I was hoping to eventually obtain the gun "Ambition" during my playthrough of Phantom Liberty. Realized way too late that I was supposed to complete the gig "Prototype in the Scrapper" a specific way to unlock the sidequest "Go Your Own Way." No problem, I thought to myself, the gun will just show up in the black market later! But...apparently, I was wrong on that front too. It has been multiple in-game days and yet there's no sign of the gun anywhere. I completed that gig ages ago too, so no chance at reloading a save unless I want to lose literal hours of progress.
Is there any way I can resolve this? Or am I just doomed?

Well. If you are not averse to cheating, you can type this command into the console:
Game.AddToInventory("Items.VHard_50_CoolRef_Weapon8",1)

You must of course have Cyber Engine Tweaks installed.

I'm not aware of any way except by doing the related quest. But then, I am no expert on the game so there may be another way I'm not familiar with.

damn it, are those a bug ?? the pistol it should be on the black market in dogtown, but there is not.

yes, i set him free, let go, just like in the guide walktrough..... but, i dont know why, in the end, hasan is become homeless.....

arni.gamexeon, there are 3 options for quest ending. If you just let him free without calling Mr.Hands, you will find him near your apartment at Dogtown as you wrote early. If you call Mr.Hands and ask to help Hasan, you will have quest associated with pistol later. If you call Mr.Hands and send Hasan to Zetatech, you will just finished quest.
