Silenced weapons now alarm enemies??????

I cant take down any camera with sandervistan build - previously i just hacked cams, but now its impossible to sneak or something when there are cameras. Whenever i take down camera (without being noticed at all!) all enemies start to search me. What difference is this from hack "turn off"?

You can hack camera and turn them off; but an "alarm" will always reactivate all cameras.
(this was ALWAYS the case, this includes turning it off from a 'security terminal')

I don't know if they will reactivate if you 'turn them off cameras manually".
(ie hack and turn them off so you can approach in arm's reach and turn it off)

People are connected to the cameras so shooting them will cause alarm.

Yeah, i get it, but why hacking the cameras doesnt alarm enemies?

I just shooted 1 enemy with a shotgun (crasher), and noone noticed.

Later I packed body into a trash container, and it dropped floor under - instant detection.

Later I was delivering car for some guy, got it to destination garage - 2 enemies started to shoot me (no way to get around them, they were next to garage doors), but entered the garage with truck, and there were civilians (friendly) and bad guys which detected me, pointed guns at me, but no shooting untill I got out of garage.

This game is still bugfest. Nothing is working as it should from A to Z.

Silenced sniper guns attract enemies sometimes more then pistols. Throwing knifes seem to be best. Out of any other range stealth method.

Just sit tight while they search, they'll get bored and go back. Or use the movement from them searching to take them down easier.
