Where is the option to craft the Militech Canto MK6

So forgot all about this and now I'm at the end of phantom liberty and I see the option to craft the Erebus right there with the other tier 5 guns you can craft. But I don't see anywhere that shows the option to craft the militech Canro mk6. What am I missing?

You missed the blueprint, it's in a different room than Erebus.

Bummer for me. But at least the erebus seems like a decent gun
