Disabling Radioport?

Hi!
Does anyone know if there is a way to disable radioport and essentially limit radio to in-car only again?
It's not a feature I am enjoying and it is getting a little annoying to manually turn off the radio every time I exit a vehicle.
I've checked the settings and found no option to turn it off...but maybe I've overlooked something.

If a dev reads this: please make radioport optional, if it isn't already.

Yeah, I have to turn it off every two minutes when moving around the city. it gets bloody annoying.
Apparently there were some people who requested that feature, but I don't understand why it was implemented that way.
Personally I absolutely hate it! Let's hope the devs release a patch where you get an option to turn radioport off entirely.

The recent update didn't change my keybindings. The Phantom Liberty one did.
But quite a few people have reported that issue. Not sure why it happens to some people and not others.

The radio port is not for me but a nice option.

I personally like that vehicles are often tuned to random stations when I enter them, so I don't want to set radio sounds to 0.

But having it keep playing when exiting vehicle, forcing me to manually turn it off every frakking time, becomes very tedious very fast!

The obvious fix is to only have the radio keep playing when exiting a vehicle if it was already playing when entering it. Problem solved!

And yes, this is kind of urgent tbh..

I'm having an issue with this new radioport, it turns off randomly even if Im just walking in a sidewalk and then turns on back again, is terribly annoying

Pressing "Z" isn't a solution, because the radio keeps starting up again.
I have to press "z" every couple of minutes when playing, and it is going on my nerves.
Best solution would be the option of turning off the radio port feature entirely.

Found this mod that is supposed to give the option to have the radio turn off when you exit a vehicle. Haven't had a chance to test it yet though.

Ha. This is hilarious. I can't even get radioport to work while walking around. Only works in vehicle. Its dead silent while walking. Starting to irritate me.

That is weird, because Radioport is on by default and you can't even switch it off, because it keeps turning itself on again.

Now we are at the point where we need modders to fix basic stuff.

Yeah. In my instance it turns off all the time. Not on. When its on the bars move up and down as if the radio is working but its silent while walking. But moment I get on a vehicle it plays the audio. Not silent.

Installed it and it works. In CET overlay untick Radioport. But still there is that new annoying icon on hud

Where exactly in the CET overlay? I downloaded the mod and I do not see any radioport option.

No way of setting radio automatically on while driving and automatically off when on foot is the stupidest thing one could have ever think of.
