Can't use Metro or anything else

I can't use the New Metro ( Don't get a message)
also i can't use the "Walkman" feature it is red Highlight

tried a fresh install

Have you completed the first act of the story? As far as I remember from the REDstreams the new NCART System becomes fully available after completing Act 1 because of narrative reasons. As for the Radioport feature... Haven't played it so far, so Idk if there is a similar restriction but maybe you were trying to use it in a situation where the mechanic is disabled(?) E.g. combat, cutscene, certain quests containing crucial audio.

Hi i am playing from one of my save files, I am at the end of the main quest, all side quests, etc., and still nothing :/ did even waited some days still

and the Walkman feature don't work either i am not in combat or in a cutscene. The strange thing is that if I enter my car for a few seconds, the Walkman key will be blue.

ok found a FIx idk why but i cant use any "new" save files tehy just dont work
did load a save from 40h ago and all of the new features work now

Ok that's nice to hear that it works now. Yea, actually not recomended to load any save files after such an huge update. Especially if there are any mods involved that did some persistent changes to the game leading to conflicts with the latest content. Sad thing but unfortunately that's how game / software architecture works :)

I loaded my latest completed save file and it all works just fine. You dont get a message about using the metro...you just go to it.

yeah did try it but i only had the option for fast travel, only after i laoded a bit older save i was able to sue the metro
