Ultimate Edition so expensive?
Why ist the Steam Version of the Ultimate Edition so expensive? If i buy it out of Steam it is cheaper…

Just saw it at $104 CAD, that's insane. It should be $69.99 minimum. The game arrived in December 2020 and Phantom Liberty arrived on September 26 of this year.

Cos base game isn't on sale. Unless you need it on Steam and so wait for a sale, pick it up on GOG (which has sale on), get the physical edition (which is as cheap as GOG currently - and is a GOG digital download), or look for options elsewhere online.

So what you are actually saying, is that the new ultimate edition is a downgrade, go find the old version instead.
Sounds very consumer friendly.

No, I'm saying that the same bundle is available in multiple ways with some being more expensive than others. Genuinely no idea what you think what you quoted means.

Ultimate Edition = Base Game + Phantom Liberty

Maybe, you had a fair point. Still... DLC is 25 euros, but glad the total price is now the same on all shops

It's cheaper for me on Steam (43% off) than GOG (33% off) even with the slightly higher base price.
