I have extreme Stuttering while playing Cyberpunk 2077
I have an rtx 3080 ti, 32gb ram and an intel i9 11900k. I dont know why but it stutters after ca. 10 mins extremly every 10 seconds. Even if i go down to 1080p it also stutters. Games like AC Valhallah i can play in 4k and ultra settings with no real problems. But Cyberpunk however causes me a lot of problems.
My GPU and CPU also goes from the utilization to 0 and up again. Its a sequence of zigzags everytime the stutters happen

What are your graphicsand game settings?

They may be set too high.

Its a 3080ti. Even with 1080p it stutters like hell. I went from high to medium settings. Its always constant 60fps but after every 10-15 seconds its stuttering for no reason

Hey! I had the same issue a couple days ago, I deleted the game and redownloaded worked like a charm. It was some of the worst stuttering I’ve seen, hopefully that helps. If not verify files and POSSIBLE start from a different save.

Try turning Raytracing OFF if it is unplayable, this will give you more frames. Also DLSS on if you can.

Game autosaves frequently causing a micro stutter each time, there is a simple User ini fix, but at least at the start of Phantom liberty it caused issues with accessing specific interaction points. I switched it off, but might try again now that I have passed that area, as those frequent auto saves are a pain...

This has been an uncommon thing that has happened and perhaps every 30 hours I found this happening. It is just the way Cyberpunk is optimized unfortunately nothing is perfect.
I fixed this and it lasted for at least 35-40hours before happening again. Remove game cache through steam, update everything on your PC (drivers, NVIDIA GeForce, Windows update, EVERYTHING) Go to NVIDIA GeForce and optimize Cyberpunk. When inside turn off RayTracing entirely but make sure to restart the pc before starting the game after updating everything. Keep working at updating and putting the optimal setting but making sure to disable RT. It will work eventually.

Have you seen your local doctor and gotten tested for tourettes syndrome?

I find with some of the random bugs still in the game and mainly driving cars I will often sound like I have tourettes

I have a 3080Ti too. Doesn't stutter for me, even with pathtracing. Must be something else with your system. Background tasks like an antivirus maybe.

I had bad stuttering while driving. Problem turned out to be be my overheating CPU throttling. It was absolutely caked in dust. Fixed with some compressed air. Check your hardware peeps. It's not always a software problem .

My 12 yo i7 2600k with rtx4080 and i don't stutter with near ultra settings at 1440p. Just the rare stutter when it auto saves at least i assume that's the cause. I'd be looking more closely at your hardware dude.

I've noticed that my temperature is around 10°C a 15°C higher as other games when I put Cyberpunk 2077 on the highest settings with path tracing enabled.

Your problem has to do with heat management, I think or something with your memory. I would suggest to try the tool hardware monitor and check your temprature while playing Cyberpunk 2077. This tool is being used by many people, including overclockers and is completely free.

I also need to buy a triple core cooling for my CPU. Sometimes it goes up to 75°C, which is for me personally to high.

I run it on a RTX 3060 on 4k res and mostly ultra settings (no raytracing obviously) and I get no stuttering even with the game modded,

I also noticed you didn't say what of hard drive you have it on... I used to run it on a HDD and get stuttering, after moving it to an M.2 SSD no stuttering whatso ever.
