Axolotl iirc. You can find it for sale in Dogtown, or sometimes (level dependent I think) in the power station where you find the thermal katana (the electric corp power station)

Probably not, since its an animation its not going to work the same.
You are seeing it from two different perspectives.
From the perspective of the person using it, is how we see it in 1st person.
How it looks when someone else uses it, is the perspective of watching someone else use it. They are mutually exclusive because its relative to the one observing it.

Are you referring to the Militech "Apogee" Sandevistan? Because you can find that in the same place you mentioned where the Errata (thermal katana) is.
Axolotl is a different cyberware which has to do with giving a bonus to cyberware cooldown time, which can be acquired (the iconic version) as a reward from completing all of Watson's gigs (AKA Regina's gigs)

Sorry, the names sometimes escape me. I've yet to get that far, but seen videos.
I did get to the place with the thermal katana at my inputs place. But I was not level 40+ so while I got the katana, I did not get the sandy.
