"dazed and confused" and "moving heat" won't trigger

I have finished the game the first playthrough and they triggered and completed them both.

But in my second full post 2.0 playthrough, these quests will not trigger. I have finished the expansion (saving Songbird). I never got Dazed and Confused by Mr. Hands like I did the first time, and I haven't yet got "Moving Heat".

Took a little longer in my most recent playthrough as well, but they did pop eventually. Just do other things until they do.

I've completed all quests, to include all PL content except Dazed & Confused and Moving Heat. Passed about two weeks in game time, still nothing. Not sure why they didn't fire.

I received a text message from Mr. Hands about the Dazed and Confused quest while I was doing a gig. However, I then had to reload a previous save file where I didn't receive the text. It's been a few in-game days and I never received the text message again. Does anyone have a solution?

Take time to trigger, just continue playing. I was also getting nuts, forwarding clock did nothing. I gave up and the mission triggered 20 min after another random contract...

Same problem... can't trigger Moving Heat

I’ve completed every other contract in the game and dlc besides the final no return point and this still hasn’t popped up for me

I ve got the message after finishing DLC but then I reload save that was before getting it. I played like 3 hours in the previous save and i never got the message :)

yes, just keep shuffling through time until the missions appear, took a couple time switches for me but eventually they both came up
