3 years and still no 3rd person Camera!

Its was something devs were looking for after release, it was something mike pawnsmith said would be in the game 2-3 years before the release..

CDPR had made a lot of update but still no 3rd person Camera???
Can we please get this so wanted feature please.. its like the number 1 feature ppls want.

I dont recall the devs saying it would ever happen. I do remember them saying it wouldn't, though.

They have said, ad nauseum, that there will never be 3rd person.
Maybe in the next iteration of Cyberpunk CDPR-LMNOP+ will consider the possibility.

There's a mod for it. It's imperfect but the author has worked on it a lot. Haven't used it, but I saw video of it and it looked alright.

Yeah, I think so. Looks a little funny when moving left or right. I probably didn't watch the whole thing, so maybe there are bigger flaws.

EDIT: Went back and watched more. Crouching while moving left or right looks pretty odd.

Yeah, I haven't actually used it. I was planning on trying because I really like third-person, but I just keep not getting around to it.

Well, you don't need to take part. It'd just be a thread-title on your screen briefly while you scanned for something interesting - easy to ignore.

IIRC they said Cyberpunk needs first person, so that the player can experience the story more directly. Third person would take the impact out of some scenes, and the player would feel more distanced and less involved.

I would like to see a third person option, but I can understand the devs.
