There are different point of entry, you can rescue Saul without even interacting with any guard (not killing them and not putting them down). There's also the possibility of opening a secret passage with high enough tech ability, that leads you directly to Saul
But no it's not necessary you can go in guns blazing and save saul but it feels more satisfying not getting detected and escaping through the tunnels.
You can sneak over the edge on the far right.
Both areas are hard for the Scavs to see since its a distance, so even if you suck at sneaking, you should be able to.
You can run in and shoulder charge em, spank n tank style.
Slide in at speed and pistol them like its high noon.
Sniper from a distance, tho you won't have a silenced version yet.
Silencer and air-dash cover to cover in a suit like an assassin if you want.
Hell, go in and fist punch them like its steampunk 2077 XD (marquis of Queensbury rules then, of course)
Hack them from afar so they can't find you.
Quickhack qu up with the right hacks so they can't alert each other.
All that matters is you go in, find Saul. Get the frell out.
Kill them. Don't kill them. Sneak. Don't sneak
Leeeeeroy Jenkins the place if its more fun XD
Just don't die.
Yeah, for me, it felt super rewarding to have him be surprised that little ol' me (5ft 2 with only basic cyberware and throwing knives XD) could ghost the whole camp, leaving none behind to tell the tale but corpses. (My main V)
But when I get there with other V's it depends on their skill set and background as to what is fun.
Vinnie, my Angry Ginger streetkid is a punchy boi with gorilla arms. So its whacko-smacko whack-a-Scav time then.
While Victor Masters prefers to hide in a corner, hack the cameras and ghost them quietly....hates to get his expensive suit dirty (lol. Pure Netrunner)
Frell. Hahaa! That's funny. Was that from that show with the "leviathan" living space ship? Can't remember the title now.
Don't forget "Frack" from Battlestar Galatica 2.0
You can also enter through that same tunnel if you have high enouh tech points. The quests last 2 minutes that way
You can just come back any time.
Panam is the easiest romance in the game, you will be fine.
Yep. Frell/Frelling.
Its called "Farscape" by the way. Many many episodes and one movie (the Peacekeeper Wars) rumour has it they are going to start making more ...but thankfully, also says no reboot, just continuation.
Frack was in the original battlestar Galactica too. Along with 'Felder carb' tho I'm not sure Starbuck ever gave an explanation for what that was.
I like 'frell' because it makes me think 'friggin hell' merged into one word (friggin being a British term)
Lots of other words from other shows that are fun to drop into a conversation too.
There's all the cyberpunk terms. Gonk. Input, Output, Ghost (which does not mean Good-Host, like some folks think lol) Flatline, (ones you don't see in game like Booster, Slammit On, Docking and Stuffit)
Then you can toss in stuff from Shadowrun (cyberpunk + magic/fantasy) where a Netrunner is a 'Decker' due to their cyberdeck.
Stuff from Firefly like 'Shiny' or Goram.
Even things from shows like Defiance (the 3 season SciFi not the one movie with a tank and brad Pitt)
Can be so much fun to confuse folks who anoy you by mixing slang from made up TV and books *evil grin
Farscape Yes I remember now -- I was but a wee babe...
Firefly ! "We aim to misbehave." Loved that one.
Yes, I relate. I am the King of Obscure-Reference Humor. But stuff that's obscure even to me. 0_o
