I'm trying to get my hands on both of these guns and I'm getting mixed feedback.

Some places say you can get them in firestarter no matter who you side with, some places say you have to side with Reed.

Can you get them if you side with Songbird or not?

You can get them if you side with Songbird. There is a path to the room Hansen was killed in by climbing some crates across the room with the helicopter. However, it is locked for some but not for others. Assuming a bug is involved. If you can't get into the room, you can just buy them from Harold the weapon vendor in the stadium afterward. You will not be able to get Fang on Songbird's path though. Just the guns

You can't buy them from Harold if you went with Songbird.
