The Tetratronic Rippler has also had its distinguishing features removed (in fact all the cyberdecks have, each has a small and inconsequential stat bonus now, there's no real variety left).
The power fantasy is gone, the freedom is gone, the variety is gone.
Hilariously incorrect.
I've been literally jumping into the middle of fights, start queueing sets of hacks on everyone, and by the time the slowdown effect of being detected/entering combat has worn off nearly everything is dead and I've got to shoot maybe two people at most just to finish them off.
Level your gear up, use Overdrive + health/RAM recovery perks, and simply read about how decks/hacks work and interact now.
I do not have queue, I haven't tried it cuz I haven't felt a need for it.
Tech sniper build only subs into hacks for most of the game, mainly because of ping, but even at 4 int my deck was formidable I just didn't bother with an ultimate until I got overclock.
To me it feels like most of the power is still there but the 2.0 changes to hacking are kinda lame at the same time. You click 3 hacks instead of 1 to get roughly the same effects you used to get? Oh baby peak game design. Start the trace before you start spamming system collapse for discounts? Man it's like playing chess now, so strategic! Meh...
You can make combos and the quickhacks have more synergy options now. Also they are more focused for different purposes like optic-reboot for stealth-runner for example.
But seriously, if your goal was to just run around and one-tap every enemy thats fine. Mine it is not. Before 2.0 Netrunning was ridiculously overpowered to the point that you even harm your own experiences because you miss lots of content when their is basically no fight or challenge.
