Rogue not calling for chipping in how to fix?

Yes i did the sweet dreams side quest ive tried so many things and tips but still no call from rogue to start this quest?

Don't see how "Sweet dreams" is related. Does that pass the time in ways I'm unaware of? Rogue usually takes 24 hours to call, perhaps somewhat more. Just keep doing other things until she calls. I reached that part in my current playthrough not long ago and she did call me.

It can cause a bug that prevents people calling and ive done every single side quest and everything else besides NCPD events and gigs for the past several hours ive just been speed running the NCPD encounters and have waited like a week in skip time and still no call from her or the other wait for a call missions

FIXED* so i closed the game, verified game files, booted up the game, reloaded from load game at my most recent save instead of continue just for context and she insta called. game can be weird. I think it was caused by some glitch along the way of my binge gaming session and the game just needed reloaded

Oh damn, oof. Ever since I first did that mission and learning the outcome, I always demanded my money back and never went through with the whole Scavenger bit again. Good to know it causes bugs, thanks.

I guess you could try to just go on and play the game like you normally would, no time skipping, and see if that helps at all. Do other missions. I never skipped any time when waiting for my call from Rogue. Hope it works out for you... :/
