There is a censorship option, tho Idk if it will nullify all the contents that Youtube considers "monetizable". Twitch should be more lenient on that front.

Not exactly a direct comparison, but you can gauge the extent of acceptability over how YT/Twutch treated the sex scene in Last Of Us Part 2

i read somewhere that theres a option to make everyone uses underwear and remove 18+ body parts , in fact i think you will only see "that parts" if you mark a option or something

I assume if people don't want the story ruined for them, they won't be watching someone stream it. Its not like you can accidently stumble into a stream and be forced to watch.

Otherwise, many people that watch the streams don't actually play the game. My wife would never play GTAV, but she absolutely loves watching streamers play because its funny. She plans to watch her streamers when Cyberpunk comes out, but she'll likely never play it.

there was one of the people that got their hands on that said there was an option to switch over to the japan censorship mode so that will be what streamers use

You can have a little in game nudity on twitch so long as you dont focus on it, and your stream is maked as adult only content. But of course games that are focused around nudity such as Deep Space Waifu are prohibited.
