Quest Human Nature not working

I am already way into act 2, been to Delamain HQ, "rescued" 3 Del cabs and done plenty other gigs but this doesnt want to complete and give me my car back...

I started a new playtrough on 2.0 if that helps.

It completed for me AFTER I had completed the 'Epistrophy' side-quest (found all 7 Delamain cars), and I did so on v2.02.
More specifically, I finished Epistrophy, then skipped 2-3 in-game days, and then I got the Human Nature job complete.

I'm sure it completed for me many days (not sure of exact number) after I visited the Delamain HQ, even though I found zero cabs. Save was started on 2.02.

(I remember being surprised, because I thought I needed to complete Epistrophy first.)

ok... so I just got message from delamaine that my car is fixed. I slept like 3 or 4 days ingame time. MAYBE just MAYBE some1 ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and its not 10 ingame hours but 10 real hours? (meaning that you would get it back after playing for 10hours after the quest is recieved?)
