There are a few perks in the Technical Ability skilltree: chrome constitution (for filling the integumentary slots) and cyborg (for all the slots).

There are a few perks that give an additional bonus for having most if not all slot filled. The One the Edge perk has a chance to proc a mini-"berserk" effect where you deal more damage for a few seconds.

On the edge gives you a chance of berserk based on how many cyber points you spent over your limit - nothing to do with filling all slots.
The body tree perk that gives +35 hp more than cancels out the health penalty of this by the way

Ah right, my mistake then. Drahknon mentioned the Technical tree and On the Edge came to mind.

There is an achievement in the base game for it.

No it doesn't.

Adrenaline Rush gives +35 HP, Edgerunner cuts 0.5% HP per point above capacity, up to 25%. I currently have 700 HP, 25% of 700 is 175 HP, you'd need 5 adrenaline rush perks to cover that.

As for filling up slots, someone already mentioned, cyborg in the tech tree gives 15% to cooldowns if all slots are filled, and chrome constitution gives -5% all incoming damage if integumentary and skeleton specifically are filled.

The more cyberware slots the Icon of Sin will fill, the stronger it will become. That's common knowledge.

ah my mistake
and one which after the +35hp perk was applied still cost me 90hp

however i used the extra 50 cyberware capcity for second heart ( effectively doubles your health and then can do repetedly after the cooldown and the one that automatically uses health items.

do you think these make up for the HP loss?
