Judy’s questline “Pisces” not triggering

I’ve done about everything and just played the Transmission mission, as well as waited several days yet Judy won’t contact me about the Pisces mission after Talk About a Revelation. No idea how to fix this

What ending did you give clouds?

Approach your next main quest trigger and it might solve it, not sure why this seems to help with stalling side questlines, but it does work sometimes. Then again, pyramid song wouldn't trigger for me unless I specifically went into the grand imperial mall, so maybe it's a Judy thing.
