Forced 3d

I have this game on two machines. One on my girls. which works just fine. Then one on mine, which got some strange issues.

Long story short, specs are fine, I can run it on ultra and not dip below 68 fps in most crowded areas.

The issue that I am having is that it feels like the game is trying to force a 3d glasses or vr type of effect in menus or really anything text related outside of conversations. What I mean by that is that everything feels blurry and having like afterimage of it in background as if it's trying it's hardest to make a 2d image into a 3d and without me using actual vr, it looks like a blurry distorted annoying mess on my screen.

Additionally my menu has this fishbowl effect that makes everything look again, like it's trying to force 3d vr experience. In menu it all curves forward, having this odd slant.

I have already adjusted my sharpness and messed with settings, nothing seem to help.

Check your vid card for new driver or something it auto's. I had the same and it was the ray settings in my vid. Hope this helps.

Super high FOV, chromatic aberration and motion blur seem like the most likely culprits based on what you’ve described. I’d check them first.

The normal HUD has effects that look like what you’re describing. I don’t think the game lets you disable them, but IIRC the FxBegone mod can do that.

This guy here is right, after some research it turns out to be normal setting with no way of turning off. There even mods to fix it, I just don't know how I am seemingly one of the few people to notice and be bothered by it lol, it's like so strange from design stand point.

It's worst offender are in game internet, it literally has after images behind every logo when browsing cars.
