Reflex gets you some gun stuff but you'll want to look at Cool for the rest. Ref is still blades as you've probably figured out.
Int is Int tho they moved all the smart weapon stuff over there. Body is still shotgun/lmg/blunt.
I went BOD, REF, TECH on a Solo build and I was pretty much ironman. Just depends what you like. :)
Bolt is 100% worth it with the Satara and Achilles, not really worth it for anything else, unless you are just dead set on doing a just tech weapon build.
Just to expand what I meant with the Cyberware, most of the pieces you WANT to go with your gun builds, will tend to be reflex or cool attuned, the reflex attuned will give crit chance per reflex point, and cool will give headshot damage per cool point.
2% on crit and 4% headshot might not seem like much, but it adds up. When you are done with your "must have" cyberware, if you have capacity left over, you can then get the low capacity pieces that are reflex or cool attuned to stack more of those bonuses on.
That doesnt even include the 3 bonus stats each piece of cyberware gives with the other perk points in the tech tree. That all adds up to cyberware giving you most bang for your buck when it comes to your "build".
