Edgerunner sandevistan effect?

Is there any sandevistan in-game (or mod) that has the "RGB" edgerunner effect when moving?

In the anime it creates a duplicate effect trail behind you and only stops when they exit the sandevistan, so unless i'm wrong you would see it?

That's just an animation style to show you that they are moving really fast. To the Cops I'm sure they just blurred out of existence for the moment until it was over.
