Judgement Day achievement

So, I see a lot of people have a problem with this achievement, but maybe someone has solved it. The problem concerns 3 boss wchis is drone, at first did not display at all even after completing the phantom liberty. But when I decided to start a new game at easy difficulty level before starting missions at dogtown Until the mission where we wait for reed's phone, magically appeared 3 boss so I was glad it happend. BUUUT when i finally kill him achievement did not appear...i tried also killing all 3 bosses, reload saves and restart game but nothing happen. Should we wait for the next patch or do you have any other solution?
