why does developers hate Judy but love panam?

i mean their romances are like night and day difference romance for panam was like a master piece 10/10 perfect no flaws or anything just really good made then you got judy whos romance was like idk just eh whatever seemed like they put 100x times more effort into panam romance than judy

For me, I like Judy better as a character, but I didn't have a problem with the Panam romance material. One thing I noticed more on my latest playthrough is all of Judy's flirty text messaging and her roping you into chatting with her grandmother. It really added something Panam's romance didn't have for me.

After getting Judy as a female V, I am now to find out how the romance is going with Panam. Up till now Judy was cuter, and personally I more like the looks of Judy and her personality. But Panam has her good sides too, only a bit to 'angry'

Also, playing on Very Hard does not move the story fast, I die a lot by Smart gunning Elite Sponges

So, here's another case of opinions/tastes differ. I prefer the Judy romance, because the missions related to it feel like more relevant to the main story, Judy feels more like a part of V's life. Sure, after all is said and done, Panam's quests open one of the endings, but while it's happening ... all the connections to Evelyn, Clouds, etc. feel more connected to stuff on V's mind than some Militech tank or Saul being captured by Raffens. Overall, I would have wished for all of the romances to be less like "do whatever the boo wants", because that's basically the key to all of them: they call you and you immediately drop everything and do what they're asking you to do. And even here, seems to me like Judy's gives you more leeway, because you can either kill Maiko or even install her as the new boss of Clouds and _still_ get to romance Judy (as long as you don't take Maiko's money.)

Streetkid Female V Judy romance is as good as Nomad Male V Panam romance IMHO. Maybe it's just me, but I think it's all in how you play your character cuz both are satisfying especially with Aldecaldos ending.

what? I felt completely the other way around. Panam's romance felt nothing special and rushed. Judy's was flawless with all the diving and whatnot.

I liked Judy better as a friend. Sent her ass to Oregon and she seemed happier too.
