River Ward Quest following the river doesn´t show up

I tried to play the River Ward questline but he doesn´t call after The Hunt. I already skiped 3 days and played for 1 Hour but he doesn´t call. Is this normal?

The only way (afaik) to block off "Following the River" after finishing "The Hunt" is if you a) do not gather enough information during the braindance to find the correct location Randy is held at and, b) answer with "Count me out" at the end of the mission instead of "Don't do it," or "We both will."

If you met both criteria, he'll call you. Eventually.
