Psycho Killer Collect Your Reward Bug

I finished doing all the Cyberpsychos and spoke to Regina for the reward, but when I tried to collect it it says the contents are "LOCKED" and it won't let me collect it. So, the mission won't complete for me. It's just sitting there in my quest journal and I can't complete it.

Is there any other way to fix this or am I f'ed?

i had the same problem, game gets kinda buggy after long sessions. i just saved after i went out of the building(going out and in kept giving me the money reward) and took a break for a bit. when i came back in like an hour it gave me the reward and the box was open like normal

Same issue here, and leaving and doing other missions and/or coming back real world weeks later to try again did not resolve the bug. That and Misty is also bugged and is stuck meditating at her shrine and I can't finish the Tarot cards bit with her either. I do have Phantom Liberty and am running 2.02.

Instead, you need to do an Sleeper Choke Hold .. → Sweet dreamzzZZ psycho ^^

Have you spoke to Regina in person not via phone? Also try saving and reloading the game...

Have you spoke to Regina in person not via phone? Also try saving and reloading the game...

Yeah and I couldn't collect; I ended up having to play from an older save and then it unlocked for whatever reason.

Yeh, got the misty bug. Ghosting me now her input got wasted...♥♥♥♥♥♥ treehugger.

For me, I still had 2 Tarot's that I hadn't found. I forgot there was one on the side of Embers near the entrance where you get hijacked every time you get close with the end game warning. I scanned it then went back to Misty and she was un-tranced and would talk to me again. So maybe give finding and scanning another Tarot card a whirl if you have any left.

As for Regina's reward, I never did find a fix and finally just finished the game without collecting it.

mine is slightly different, got the call to go meet Regina, I went to the location, around the side of the building is a control switch for the doors. that is bug 1: it wouldn't respond until I reloaded a save and had to go there again. so I got upstairs to meet with Regina and she congrats me on dedication for not killing a single psycho. and says the reward is mine. at this point a case on the floor unlocks and opens, but there is nothing there to colllect, though the objective to collect stays. after several reloads, still nothing to collect. I went to all that trouble for the oportunity to see AIR? the objective remains unfinished today. WHEN ?

2024 and I have a similar issue, the box opened but had nothing inside to pickup, to fix I ended up leaving the building via the elevator, saving, then loading the save, went back up and the items had spawned... hope this helps someone
