[Bug] Epistrophy: northside and Send in the clowns Quest save bug

The moment i receive these 2 quests, the game can not be save anymore. Even when the quest is completed, I can not save anymore. Especially Epistrophy: northside quest, I can't avoid this quest to go anywhere near it ! Please help me !!

I encountered this issue yesterday when I did Epistrophy. The game will eventually unstuck itself. I fast-traveled to my main apartment, slept, accessed the stash, did some of these things which would normally trigger an autosave. Maybe go for some NCPD criminal activity, or complete a gig.

[The Beauty Is Out There]

The issue started as that crazy robot car crashes into you. That was over 5 hours ago and nothing has fixed it. I've done endless quest, gigs, and in-game days have passed. Nothing works. Luckily, the problem is limited to Westbrook and Watson, you can save just fine outside these areas. Still it's nearly game breaking and they should release a hotfix asap.
