To quote the mod author:
" I believe there's a problem with the oo2ext_7_win64.dll that shipped with 2.02 causing low frame rates, and degraded performance over time. From my testing the v1.63 dll is most performant. I've reported to CDPR and am working on a solution. (For now if you have the problem, please reduce StreamMaxLoadingThreads from 8 to 2 in the. the performance issue can also present in vanilla after an hour or so)"
I've seen people report issues even with 4070 and with a card that expensive I'd be pretty salty. I'd be blown away if CDPR could show us there's zero crash reports using even some of the very best components.
