Smartphone Bug?
Why can I no longer use my smartphone? :(

It's more than just a smart phone bug. If it's the same bug I and many others have experienced just exit the game and restart it. I've read you only need to exit to the main menu but since I never tried that I can't verify it will work as well as exiting and restarting the game has. As far as I know they haven't patched that bug yet.

P.S. Forgot to add you can save the game at the point your at before exiting. It worked every time for me without losing progress.

Unfortunately, a restart does not help me. I still can't use the mobile phone and so I can't get any further in the game. :(
