Johnny Silverhand putting clothes away in storage

I would like to put the clothes away because I don't need them, but they have a yellow exclamation mark on them. Does anyone have an idea as to whether they can be moved to storage?

don't remember exactly which one is correct, but you either need to collect all of the Johnny's clothes for an achievement and then the yellow mark will disappear, or you just need to finish Johnny's quest Chippin’ In that you will receive nearly at the end of the main story,

Yes, there is an achievement for collecting all his gear.
(Glasses, boots, pants, vest, jacket and gun) tho I don't know if that will remove the quest tag.
Maybe upgrading them that top tier might help?

it should be the Chippin' In quest then, since in that quest you are obtaining the last items, his iron and his car
