Unable to trigger Violence questline from Lizzy WIzzy

I'm nearing level 60 and just started PL. Still have yet to receive the text to start the Violence quest.

I also just witnessed her cameo in the main PL quest. Does this affect whether or not I can still do the Violence quest?

I went back to Night City just now and finished the Kerry questline (just finished playing the reunion gig).

What do I do from here? (everything in the base game is completed up until meeting hanako at embers, besides a few side gigs here and there)

It took me a long time to trigger the quest as well. In my case I'd started a new game at PL release, and did the time/story skip (gog/galaxy version of the game). I finished all the Dogtown quests (main, side and gig), and almost all main game quests as well. So I had met her (and talked to her) during the PL storyline already, and still got the Violence quest line.

For me the Violence text came in only after doing the Us Cracks follow-up quest to Kerry's quest line where you follow around the blue member of the band to catch her stalker . I had already also done the Kerry story up and including joining him on the yacht and burning it down .

you can still do Violence
however doign Violence first before you see her in dogtown she has extra dialogue options. she gives you a unique wearable head piece as a present.

Ooh, didn't know about that headpiece! There is a small line of dialogue with her during the Violence quest line if you do things in the opposite order too, but probably no headgear reward in that case (not 100% sure since I haven't done the follow-up to Violence yet)

Thanks! Will give this a shot. The dialogue option was cool too. "Maybe I'll see you around sometime"

I've been trying to advance the Violence quest for days...but the club has been closed, even in the evening with a lineup out front. I guess the answer lies somewhere in Phantom Liberty

from memory the quest pops up early but she only sends you the text some time after youve finished takamuras quest "search and destroy" (the one after the parade). you get the text sometime when the NOCTURNE OP55N1 quest to finish the game is available

ive only played through the game twice once at launch where i cleared the entire map of every singe quest. and i started a new play through for Phantom liberty. each time i only got her text once i have the OP55N1 quest available

Well I put in over 100 hours and have done all the main and side quests for Regina, Dino, Wakko, and Sebastian. I am on embers, fried Bridgette, helped Panam test out the tank, say bye to Judy, and about crash Hanson's party. Still no violence gig with Lizzy Wizzy.
