Random out of limits in the desert ?

For some reason, I'm encountering an issue I never had before.

Driving a motorcycle or any vehicle near a map-limits takes me back to a previous spot, which is fine and always was the case.

However, after doing this, sometimes I'm getting transported to this exact spot even if I'm clearly in the game areas. This happened to me randomly near the nomad camp, and also stright in the tunnel where a certain car can be found.

Again, these areas are clearly "playable" areas, it shouldn't act like this.

Going on foot for a while seems to solve the problem, but still, weird.

Anyone else had issues like this ?

Yeah, it's happened to me as well.


Once, I tried to follow Stout's truck during "The Pickup".
Turned out the truck headed out of Watson, so I got the "Turn back" notice.

I turned back before I got teleported -- only to, after a while, get teleported to a seemingly random spot I'd driven past. Then, it happened again, and again, until I got sick of it and simply loaded a save from before following the truck. That fixed the problem.


Another time, I was on foot, in a landfill area of the Badlands, trying to reach an NCPD event by heading straight towards it. Got the "Turn back", turned back before I got teleported -- and, after a while, got teleported to a random spot I'd gone past. Repeatedly, until I took a completely different route from the random spot.
