Bugged Mission

Hello, just wondering has anyone else had an issue with the "Heroes" mission. I have read the message from Mama Welles but, it still saying incomplete.

Does anyone has any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

If I remember correctly, you didn't send Jackie home, go to your apartment, there should be a bag outside the door to loot a gift from her. That'll finish the questline.

Thanks for replying, I retrieved the package outside the door but its still asking to "read the message from mama welles". I am so confused because I have read the message but nothing happens?

Yeah the call just cuts off. I have completed the "playing for time" and "the heist" mission as well. No clue why it isn't working.

I think its bugged because I have Jackie's motorbike?

No bag outside my room. just a quest marker that disappears as i get close to it.
