Wait are you talking about the guy with the Judy questline searching for the prostitute lady? Right after fingers the doc? He sells a BD u look at. If you talkin bout Stephen or Stephan whatever his name is you get the money back with a bonus at the end of that mission

Yeah, you do, but you can also "complete" the quest by downright refusing his offer to take V to make use of his "special equipment" to play the BD. He was invincible at least before that, didn't check after.

i tested it out and he only refunds you half of what you pay for him if you refuse to pay the fee for his special equipment

yea its so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ over, atleast i was at the end game so i didnt really need money anymore
