What did you get from the cache up top of Afterlife roof?

I got like 4-5 items, but all I remembered the most important loots were militech Apogee sandevistan and kanabo craft spec.

I was hoping to get achiless tech rifle craft spec, but it did not exist :(

I just managed to climb up there using the balconies - similar to this path: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vMcnKu_tCZE, but I couldn't jump on the orange roof, so I needed to squeeze in by the net - manageble. I have charged jump, not the double jump and it seemed easier than on the vid (although I also did a quicksave on every balcony). I was expecting Tier 5 loot, as I am lvl 52 now, but I was surprised there was a crafting spec there. Not sure if it could spawn randomly on some other container. All the spoils:
