Second cyberware eye slot

I have a second eye slot unlocked. I'm able to equip cyberware in it. But the cyberware is automatically unequipped whenever I load a save. This prevents me from using the cyborg skill. Anyone having the same problem? Or how to fix it?

the 2nd eye slot is the face changer for PL. it shouldn't be unequppied.

you can put the cocoatrice eyes there but keeps been unequiped, i tried puting it in the main "eye" slot but i shift back to the second slot and then when reloading it get unequiped

I still haven't been able to find a fix for this problem. It's annoying because it basically disables the Cyborg Perk by always having an empty Cyberware Slot.

You have to wear the facemask from the quest in PL in it, it cannot be used for anything else. And that is where you get the slot, too - so if you have the slot, you also have the mask.
