I felt like setting sharpening back to .50 helped make overall image look better.
There's a custom .in file you can make that will force disable bloom which will totally eliminate dlss shimmer on edges (and bloom entirely).
To disable bloom:
In the "Cyberpunk 2077\engine\config\platform\pc" folder make a new text file and open it with notepad. Add:
[Developer/FeatureToggles]
Bloom = false
Save file as user.ini
I play on GeForce Now with Ray Tracing Overdrive. Everything maxed out and I don't have this problem at all.
