HDR
Being playing on my C2 OLED and while bright lights are punchy and look good, I can't get a good deep black. This should not be an issue with an OLED. Is it just a poor implemtation? Should I use a reshade, or just turn it off?

I own the GoG version

HDR looks really good on my Samsung Odyssey G7 I use the HDRPQ 10 setting the scRGB 10 brights look good but the blacks look horrible so try switching between the different options.

Then play around with the HDR settings in the graphics options. set the brightness to the max peak of your monitor then play around with the white balance and tone mapping until you get it looking ok.

Hmm. Thanks, I'll have a play later.

I am on the Corsair 27QHD240 OLED, no issues with black. Is HDR enabled in Windows itself? That's where I would start. Sometimes games are wonky if that is not enabled on OS-level.
Also, HDR10Pq looks generally better to me than the scRGB.

I fixed it. Actually I think my issue was my TV. I went Direct to the C2's gaming settings and there is an an option to how black is handled. Changed it slightly and now it's miles better!

Which setting specifically did you tweak?
