LEGENDARY Lexington pistol blueprint

Any ideas where I could get the blueprint for that pistol? There is a gig that spawns the blueprint but I completed it weeks ago and missed it, so any tips?

Am I missing something with crafted weapons? Since you can't upgrade them(aside from iconics of course) and the best blueprint I've found is only legendary not + or ++ I don't see the value. I just buy one already made from a store if I can't find one looting.

You're probably better of leveling up 60 and finding an unmodified two-slot non-iconic Lexington. If you find one in a container, you can re-try your odds for that by quicksaving before looting it.
