First mission (Find Songbird) doesn't start because NPCs attack me

After the call from Songbird I go in front of dogtown.
Now if only one "bad" NPC sees me suddenly every single NPCs starts attacking me (like 20 or so) and I can never reach Songbird.

I tried:
- In a car
- on foot
- teleport from somewhere else to the teleport station
- teleport somewhere else and drive to the spot again
=> The result is still the same. The moment I pass the first group of NPCs - everyone starts attacking me.

Is there a solution for this problem?

Cheat or have the cyber implant that adds a invisible stealth shield

I feel silly for asking, but from the 'Stadium Parking' fast travel point, are you approaching Dogtown by walking on the sidewalk on the right?

Yea, i think you should walk at the side walk on the right. No funny business. Just sprint to mission point.

Dont bunny hop coz that attracts attention. Take it from me -- though slow mo at detection saved me and triggered the cutscene 🤣

I fought for a while collecting loot and XP then ran away. When I came back they let me pass without even starting to notice me until after I went through the dumpster.
